Simone Biles, the famous Olympic gold medalist gymnast, recently joined Serena Williams‘s latest venture. The world’s former number-one expressed her admiration for the wig company, named Parfait, which specializes in artificial intelligence-driven technology. Williams’s Serena Ventures has funded the company since it is also a black woman-led organization. Now Simone Biles’ presence will make this organization’s growth faster and stronger.
Visioned by founders Isoken Igbinedion and Ifueko Igbinedion, Parfait aims to connect fashion and technology in a revolutionizing way. Now, with Serena Williams and Simone Biles’s graceful presence in the brand, this company is expected to make its mark soon in the wig industry.
In her official Instagram story, Serena Williams recently shared Parfait’s Instagram post, which had Simone Biles wearing the company’s custom-made wig. Sharing the image, Serena wrote-“ @simonebiles stunning in her @my.parfait wig!”
Now with careful observation, fans could spot that Parfait’s image was primarily shared by Serena Ventures’s Instagram account. Nonetheless, Serena Williams’s acknowledgment surely made Parfait’s image a bit more glamorous. Now that Simone Biles also joined the list, this black women-led company is on the verge of achieving a great feat.
Serena Williams’s Parfait craze seemed more apparent when she said further in that interview-“It’s been inspiring to witness their incredible achievements so far, and we’re proud to invest in this next phase of Parfait’s growth,”
Williams’s investment venture for Parfait
Serena Williams’s company Serena Ventures recently invested in Parfait. Serena Ventures is already associated with almost fifty companies led by black women or women of color. However, for Parfait, Serena Williams’s love showed with the whopping $111 million that she funded for this AI-driven wig company’s future objectives. With this support, Parfait aims to disrupt the huge $13 billion wig market and invest more in diversity.
Simone Biles’s addition to Parfait’s list will surely excite fans more to try out their products. What do you think about it?
